Merhaba lezzet ke\u015fif\u00e7ileri! Bu hafta sonu Ankara\u2019n\u0131n hareketli sokaklar\u0131ndan uzakla\u015f\u0131p kendimizi Meksika\u2019n\u0131n s\u0131cac\u0131k enerjisine b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Ranchero\u2019ya gittik. Kap\u0131dan i\u00e7eri ad\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 atar atmaz rengarenk seramikler, canl\u0131 motiflerle bezeli duvarlar ve hafif\u00e7e yank\u0131lanan Cumbia ritimleri ger\u00e7ek bir Meksika ka\u00e7ama\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fatt\u0131. G\u00fcl\u00fcmseyen garsonlar elimize \u00f6nce rengarenk bir sombrero takdim etti, ard\u0131ndan s\u0131cak bir \u201c\u00a1Bienvenidos!\u201d sesiyle bizi kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Foto\u011fraf merakl\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in her k\u00f6\u015fe ayr\u0131 bir sahne sunarken, sombrerolar\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde poz vermek ayr\u0131 bir e\u011flenceydi.<\/div>\n

Men\u00fcde, tacos, quesadilla ve nachos gibi Meksika mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en sevilen \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fc sizi bekliyor. \u0130lk \u0131s\u0131r\u0131kta ac\u0131 biberin ferahlat\u0131c\u0131 ek\u015fisi ile taze ki\u015fni\u015fin canl\u0131 aromas\u0131 a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131zda adeta bir \u015f\u00f6len yarat\u0131yor. Quesadilla\u2019de incecik tortilla aras\u0131nda eriyen peynir, k\u00f6zlenmi\u015f biber ve yumu\u015fac\u0131k tavuk dama\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda unutulmaz bir uyum sa\u011flarken, tacos ise m\u0131s\u0131r ekme\u011finin \u00e7\u0131t\u0131rt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 limon ve jalape\u00f1o sosuyla harmanlayarak \u201cbir taneden yetmez\u201d dedirtiyor. M\u0131s\u0131r cipslerinin \u00fczerine serpi\u015ftirilmi\u015f guacamole, salsa sos ve rendelenmi\u015f peynirle haz\u0131rlanan nachos da so\u011fuk mezcal kokteylleriyle yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 uyum sayesinde her lokmada yeni bir ke\u015fif hissi veriyor.<\/div>\n
Ranchero\u2019nun as\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fcs\u00fc ise sadece lezzet de\u011fil, yeme\u011fin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7en Meksika ruhunda sakl\u0131. Masalardaki renkli s\u00fcslemelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra duvarlardaki nostaljik Frida Kahlo posterleri ve el yap\u0131m\u0131 seramik panolar sizi bamba\u015fka bir d\u00fcnyaya ta\u015f\u0131rken, samimi sohbetler ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kutlamalarla dolu atmosfer t\u00fcm duyular\u0131n\u0131za hitap ediyor.<\/div>\n

\u00d6\u011frenci dostu fiyatlar\u0131 da cabas\u0131. Hafta i\u00e7i 17.00\u2019ye kadar tacos ve nachos\u2019ta uygulanan indirimler, ak\u015fam 21.00\u2019den sonra t\u00fcm alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7eceklerde ge\u00e7erli %20\u2019lik \u00f6zel f\u0131rsatlarla birle\u015fince tam bir “happy hour” keyfi ya\u015fat\u0131yor. Hem cebinizi yormuyor hem de enerjinizi y\u00fckseltiyor.<\/div>\n
