Binan\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131na 1924 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak yap\u0131m\u0131n temeli at\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra Vedat Bey i\u015fi b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f yerine Mimar Kemalettin Bey g\u00f6revlendirmi\u015f ve kendi tasar\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re binay\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Bina 1927 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara Palas Otelcilik A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan Vak\u0131flar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;nden kiralanm\u0131\u015f, 1969 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar otel olarak i\u015fletilmi\u015ftir. \u015eirket 1969 y\u0131l\u0131nda iflas edince otel e\u015fyalarla birlikte Vak\u0131flar Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<div
