Ama bu faydalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda lezzeti konusunda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler var. Yo\u011fun tad\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden seveni \u00e7ok olan sakatat\u0131n sevmeyeni de bir hayli fazla. E\u011fer siz de sakatat\u0131 seviyorsan\u0131z ya da bir farkl\u0131l\u0131k olsun diye denemek istiyorsan\u0131z bu liste tam sizin i\u00e7in. Ankara&#8217;daki farkl\u0131 sakatat mekanlar\u0131n\u0131 sizler i\u00e7in derledik.<\/p>\n<h2>1. C\u0130\u011eERC\u0130 BAHATT\u0130N<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Ci\u011ferseverlerin vazge\u00e7ilmez dura\u011f\u0131 haline gelmi\u015f olan, 1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mersin Yo\u011furt Pazar\u0131&#8217;nda ba\u015flayan yolculu\u011funa \u00fclkemizin \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerinde devam eden Ci\u011ferci Bahattin, Ankara&#8217;n\u0131n en g\u00f6zde ci\u011fer restoranlar\u0131ndan birisi haline geldi. Yerle\u015fmi\u015f meze k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00e7e\u015fitli ikramlar\u0131yla m\u00fc\u015fterilerine g\u00f6rsel \u015f\u00f6len sunuyor. Bunun yan\u0131nda buz gibi yay\u0131k ayran\u0131 denemeden ge\u00e7meyin. G\u00fcn\u00fcn her saati \u00e7ok yo\u011fun bir m\u00fc\u015fteri ak\u0131n\u0131na u\u011frayan restoran\u0131n yemek servisi de \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Bu durum do\u011fal olarak m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyetini artt\u0131rsa da, arka planda servis elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n bu h\u0131za yeti\u015fmek i\u00e7in yo\u011fun bir \u00e7aba sarf etti\u011fini g\u00f6zlemleyebilirsiniz. Her ne kadar geni\u015f bir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cigercibahattin.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">men\u00fcs\u00fc<\/a> olsa da, bizim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi as\u0131l ustal\u0131klar\u0131 olan ci\u011fer ve y\u00fcrek \u015fi\u015fi denemenizi tavsiye ederiz. Ama bizim as\u0131l de\u011finmek istedi\u011fimiz yeme\u011fi ise mumbar. Bir\u00e7ok g\u00fczel baharatla haz\u0131rlanan bu Adana yeme\u011fini K\u00f6ro\u011flu&#8217;nda deneyimlemeden mumbar sevmiyorum demeyin. Zira edit\u00f6rlerimizden Eren&nbsp;mumbar kelimesini ne zaman duysa y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ek\u015fitiyordu. Fakat K\u00f6ro\u011flu&#8217;nda servisi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden itibaren nefret etti\u011fi yemek bi&#8217; cazip gelmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Edit\u00f6rlerimizden Kerem Erbay, Mersin-Adana y\u00f6resinde yeti\u015fmesine ra\u011fmen hayat\u0131nda yedi\u011fi en lezzetli mumbarlardan biri oldu\u011funu i\u00e7tenlikle s\u00f6yledi. Bir par\u00e7a ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda adeta zevkin doruklar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131yorsunuz. Size, foto\u011fraftan mumbar\u0131n kokusunun ve lezzetinin geldi\u011fine yemin edebiliriz fakat kan\u0131tlayamay\u0131z. Ama Eren ile birlikte gitti\u011fimizde o bile kendini tutamad\u0131. Hatta \u015fu an kendisinin favori gece yar\u0131s\u0131 yeme\u011fi mumbar oldu. Siz de damak zevkinize \u00f6nem veriyorsan\u0131z lezzetli tereya\u011f\u0131 sunumu ile \u00dcmitk\u00f6y K\u00f6ro\u011flu mumbar\u0131n\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131n deriz. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ertesi g\u00fcn ayn\u0131 fiyattan alam\u0131yoruz. Her g\u00fcn zam geliyor. Ete zam gelince&nbsp;do\u011fal olarak&nbsp;sakatata da zam geliyor. Esnaf olarak biraz zor durumday\u0131z.&#8221; Son olarak tad\u0131na bakma \u015fans\u0131 buldu\u011fumuz atomu insanlar\u0131n \u00e7ok bilmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz ve Berat Usta&#8217;dan bizi bilgilendirmesini istedi\u011fimizde ise: &#8220;Biz atoma bebe\u011fimiz diyoruz. \u0130\u00e7erisinde uykuluk, badem ve bo\u011fazl\u0131k var. Uykuluk karaci\u011ferden \u00e7\u0131kan 50-60 gram aras\u0131nda nadir bir par\u00e7ad\u0131r. Bo\u011fazl\u0131k dedi\u011fimiz k\u0131s\u0131m hayvan\u0131n bo\u011faz\u0131ndaki gerdand\u0131r. Badem dedi\u011fimizde ise baz\u0131lar\u0131 Antep badem f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 san\u0131yor. \u00d6yle de\u011fil. Kuzu bumbar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnden al\u0131r\u0131z.
