Eminiz ki her \u015feyin taptaze ve leziz oldu\u011fu kadar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olan sofralardan kalk\u0131p \u2013\u00f6zellikle- fast-food zincirinin bir halkas\u0131 haline gelmek t\u0131pk\u0131 bizim gibi sizin i\u00e7in de ba\u015fta \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck gibi gelse de zamanla \u201cAh ke\u015fke sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015feylerle beslenebilseydik de bu kadar kilo almasayd\u0131k; ama i\u015fte\u2026\u201d ile ba\u015flayan ve bahaneden \u00f6te gitmeyen yak\u0131nmalarla devam etti. Bu bahanelerden kurtulabilmeyi ba\u015far\u0131p anne yeme\u011fi gibi olmasa da fast-food \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin cazibesine kap\u0131lmay\u0131p sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve \u2013hadi ama inkar etmeyelim \u015fimdiiii\u011f\u011f\u011f\u011f- bir o kadar da leziz yemekleri se\u00e7en cesur y\u00fcreklileri can-\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fclden kutlarken, geri kalanlar i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 \u00f6neriyle ARTIK ellerini ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na koymalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz.<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<h2 class=\"wsite-content-title\"><strong><em>\u0130LK \u00d6NER\u0130M\u0130Z \u00c7ORBALAR<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"font-size: large\">At\u0131\u015ft\u0131rsam yetecek asl\u0131nda ama ne yapsam bilemedim ki!<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">Sak\u0131n ha sak\u0131n diyorum bak sak\u0131n! O mini boy hamburgerlere, \u201ceti yar\u0131m porsiyon ama ya\u011f\u0131 duble olsun hocam\u201dl\u0131 iskendere ve bu soydan gelenlere sald\u0131rmak yok! Tek ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan \u015fey s\u0131cac\u0131k ve leziz mi leziz bir \u00e7orbada gizli. Tabii ki \u00e7orba deyince de \u00f6yle hepsine sald\u0131rm\u0131yoruz. Dileriz ki kremas\u0131z, az ya\u011fl\u0131 ve doyurucu olanlar ilk tercihiniz olur. \u00d6nerdin de denemedik mi diyenler i\u00e7in\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bigchefs.com.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Big Chefs<\/a><\/strong>\u2019in birbirinden lezzetli ve bir o kadar da doyurucu \u00e7orba men\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcn be g\u00fcn denemeniz \u015fiddetle tavsiye edilir efendim. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boy yayvan bir tencerenin i\u00e7inde servis edilen \u00e7orbalar, normal k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7orba servislerinden uzak olup, \u2018di\u015fimizin kovu\u011funa bile yetmedi\u2019 deyiminden olduk\u00e7a uzakt\u0131r. Rahatl\u0131kla doygunluk hissini ya\u015fayabilirsiniz bizden s\u00f6ylemesi.<br \/>\nFavorimiz mi ? Fakat zaten salata yiyoruz hadi bakal\u0131m kremal\u0131, bol ya\u011fl\u0131 sosu basal\u0131m \u00fcst\u00fcne diye bir \u015fey YOK! Eee tabi vicdan azab\u0131 da bir sonraki dev dalga yakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a azal\u0131p yine bo\u015fvermelere, \u201cenerji al\u0131yoruz sonu\u00e7ta harcar\u0131z kesin\u201d den t\u00fcreyen bahanelere b\u0131rak\u0131yor yerini. Hmmm bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcneyim acaba k\u00fcnefe mi yesem yoksa profiterol m\u00fc karma\u015fas\u0131na girmeden bizim size \u00f6nerimiz s\u00fctl\u00fc tatl\u0131lara y\u00f6nelmeniz. Diyorsan\u0131z ki daha yolun yar\u0131s\u0131nday\u0131z, bu i\u015f bu s\u0131navlar bitmez benim kesin tatl\u0131 yemem laz\u0131m bizim g\u00fczel s\u00fctlac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, kazandibimizin, muhallebimizin neresi eksik. Bize kat\u0131larak sizde hem tatl\u0131 yemi\u015f hem de \u015ferbetli ve \u00e7ikolatal\u0131 tatl\u0131lardan alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z onca kaloriyi ve v\u00fccuda zararl\u0131 maddeleri almam\u0131\u015f olursunuz.
