Modern mimari de kendi i\u00e7inde d\u00f6nemlere ayr\u0131l\u0131yor. Ankara&#8217;da modern mimari d\u00f6nemleri genelde 4 ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda incelenir ve bu d\u00f6nemleri incelerken mutlaka bilmeniz gereken bir \u00f6rnek oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. O zaman bu \u00f6rnekler neler hep beraber bakal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Erken Cumhuriyet&nbsp;D\u00f6nemi ve Yabanc\u0131 Mimarlar: Ankara Dil, Tarih ve Co\u011frafya Fak\u00fcltesi, 1937<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u200b<\/strong><br \/>\nAnkara Dil, Tarih ve Co\u011frafya Fak\u00fcltesi 1935 y\u0131l\u0131nda Atat\u00fcrk taraf\u0131ndan kurulduktan sonra 1937 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bruno Taut ve Franz Hillinger taraf\u0131ndan dizayn edilen yeni binas\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131. Modern Ankara&#8217;n\u0131n ilk yerle\u015fim yerlerinden olan S\u0131hhiye\u2019de olan bu bina, 84 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u015fehrin en ikonik yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan biri. Bulvar boyunca kuzey-g\u00fcney do\u011frultusunda uzanan ihti\u015faml\u0131 binaya otob\u00fcsle, arabayla ya da y\u00fcr\u00fcrken \u00f6n\u00fcnden ge\u00e7ince, bak\u0131p da hayran kalmamak elde de\u011fil. Cephesindeki ta\u015f i\u015flemecili\u011finden, merdiven korkuluklar\u0131ndaki ince detaylara kadar \u00f6zenle yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bina yeni kurulan cumhuriyetin e\u011fitime ve bilime verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemin bir kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fak\u00fclte binas\u0131na ilk girdi\u011fim zaman\u0131 unutam\u0131yorum. Y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00f6n\u00fcnden hayran hayran ge\u00e7tikten sonra, sonunda i\u00e7ini g\u00f6rebilme imkan\u0131n\u0131 yakalamak benim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok heyecan vericiydi. Fak\u00fclte binas\u0131na tiyatro b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde birka\u00e7 ders almak i\u00e7in gitmi\u015ftim. \u0130\u00e7ine ilk ad\u0131m\u0131m\u0131 att\u0131\u011f\u0131mda zamanda bir yolculu\u011fa \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f\u0131m gibi hissettim. Y\u0131llard\u0131r, binlerce \u00f6\u011frencinin girdi\u011fi dersliklerde bulunmak bende nostaljik bir his uyand\u0131rd\u0131. E\u011fer bir \u015fey sebep olur da i\u00e7eri girme imkan\u0131n\u0131z olursa mutlaka bu f\u0131rsat\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131n derim.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca yap\u0131n\u0131n mimarlar\u0131 <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.goethe.de\/ins\/tr\/ank\/prj\/urs\/arc\/tau\/trindex.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bruno Taut<\/a> ve <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.goethe.de\/ins\/tr\/ank\/prj\/urs\/arc\/hil\/trindex.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Franz Hillinger&#8217;i <\/a>incelemeyi unutmay\u0131n. :)\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Previous<br \/>\nNext<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-&nbsp; II. Ulusal Mimarl\u0131k Ak\u0131m\u0131: Ankara Sergi Evi (1933-1935)&nbsp; ya da \u015fimdiki ad\u0131yla Ankara Opera binas\u0131 (1948 )<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk Bulvar\u0131 \u00fczerinde in\u015fa&nbsp;edilen, g\u00f6z al\u0131c\u0131 ama bir o kadar da zarif olan bu yap\u0131, 1933 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan yar\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 kazanan \u015eevki Balmumcu taraf\u0131ndan dizayn edilmi\u015ftir. Bina ilk haliyle sergi evi olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve asl\u0131nda bir Sovyet Rusya ak\u0131m\u0131 olan konstr\u00fcktivizm etkisinde tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bina 1948 y\u0131l\u0131nda Alman mimar&nbsp;Paul Bonatz taraf\u0131ndan Ankara Opera ve Bale Sahnesi&#8217;ne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken esinlendi\u011fi ak\u0131ma sad\u0131k kalmay\u0131p II. Ulusal Mimarl\u0131k ak\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re tekrar tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunu duyan \u015eevki Balmumcu ise olduk\u00e7a k\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, hatta sonras\u0131nda mimarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda burada ironik bir durum var \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc II. Ulusal Mimarl\u0131k Ak\u0131m\u0131 \u00fclkeye gelen yabanc\u0131 mimarlara tepki olarak \u00e7\u0131kan bir ak\u0131md\u0131r. Oysa Ankara Sergi Evi bir T\u00fcrk mimar taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanm\u0131\u015f, sonra \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir Alman mimar taraf\u0131ndan ulusal ak\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in bozulmu\u015ftur. Bu ilgin\u00e7 gidi\u015fata ra\u011fmen Ankara Opera ve Bale Sahnesi modern mimarinin en zarif \u00f6rneklerinden biri olarak hala g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ayakta duruyor ve i\u015flevini yerine getiriyor. Salg\u0131n d\u00f6nemi ge\u00e7tikten ve sahnenin perdeleri tekrar a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra yine, yine ve yine gitmek i\u00e7in sab\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131kla bekliyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca eklemek isterim ki Bilkent Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi&#8217;nde Sergi Evi&#8217;nin \u00f6zg\u00fcn halinin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir maketi vard\u0131r. \u0130lk kez, binay\u0131 o maketi g\u00f6rd\u00fckten sonra ara\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. E\u011fer yolunuz d\u00fc\u015ferse siz de g\u00f6z atabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bSon olarak yap\u0131n\u0131n mimar\u0131 olan&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C5%9Eevki_Balmumcu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u015eevki Balmumcu<\/a>&nbsp;ve Alman mimar&nbsp;\u200b<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.goethe.de\/ins\/tr\/ank\/prj\/urs\/arc\/bon\/trindex.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paul Bonatz&#8217;\u0131n&nbsp;<\/a>di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bakman\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6neririm. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Previous<br \/>\nNext<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-&nbsp; Globalle\u015fen Modern Mimari: T\u00fcrk Tarih Kurumu Binas\u0131 (1951-1967)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>II. Ulusal mimari ak\u0131m\u0131, \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n patlak vermesi ve d\u00fcnyada y\u00fckselen milliyet\u00e7ilik ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sava\u015f bittikten sonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki refah d\u00fczeyi artm\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrk mimarlar da eski milli ak\u0131mlardan ilham almay\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p global stilleri geriden takip etmek yerine e\u015f zamanl\u0131 takip etmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk Tarih Kurumu bu d\u00f6nemin en g\u00fczel ve en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Bina 1951 y\u0131l\u0131nda Turgut Cansever ve Ertur Yener taraf\u0131ndan dizayn edilmi\u015f, 1967 y\u0131l\u0131nda da in\u015faat\u0131 bitmi\u015ftir. Turgut Cansever asl\u0131nda milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi ve Osmanl\u0131 tarihine olan hayranl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bilinen bir mimard\u0131r. Hatta Osmanl\u0131 \u015fehirleri \u00fczerine yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kitab\u0131 bile vard\u0131r. Ak\u0131llara ilk gelen soruysa Turgut Cansever&#8217;in neden milliyet\u00e7i ak\u0131ma dahil olmak yerine global ak\u0131ma y\u00f6neldi\u011fidir. Bence bunun nedeni a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r; Turgut Cansever, her ne kadar milli de\u011ferlerimizi sevsek de mimarinin geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in ge\u00e7mi\u015fe tak\u0131l\u0131 kalmam\u0131z gerekti\u011finin fark\u0131ndad\u0131r. Mimari alanda kaliteli e\u011fitim veren her kurum bunu \u00f6\u011frencisine \u00f6\u011fretir.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Binan\u0131n dikkatimi en \u00e7ok \u00e7eken k\u0131sm\u0131 kullan\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7gen \u00e7at\u0131 pencereleri. Bu pencereler sayesinde binan\u0131n&nbsp;i\u00e7 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 da bolca g\u00fcne\u015f alabilmektedir. Daha \u00f6nce T\u00fcrk mimarisinde bu tekni\u011fin kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131&nbsp;yap\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fc k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Turgut Cansever ve Ertur Yener binan\u0131n tasar\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde 1980 y\u0131l\u0131nda&nbsp;&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gzt.com\/arkitekt\/aga-han-mimarlik-odulleri-3560599\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A\u011fa Han mimarl\u0131k \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc <\/a>kazanm\u0131\u015f ve bu \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc alan ilk T\u00fcrk mimarlar olmu\u015ftur. Uluslararas\u0131 bir prestijde \u00f6d\u00fcl al\u0131nmas\u0131 T\u00fcrk mimarlar\u0131n art\u0131k alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nc\u00fc olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6stergesidir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda bina An\u0131tlar Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk miras\u0131 olarak tescillenmi\u015ftir. Bu tescil, modern mimarinin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli&nbsp;bir olay. Maalesef \u00fclkemizde, \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llarda bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli modern miras\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015fahit oluyoruz. En az\u0131ndan, T\u00fcrk modern mimarisinde \u00f6nemli yer tutan bu yap\u0131t\u0131n gelecek nesillere \u00f6zg\u00fcn haliyle aktar\u0131labilecek olmas\u0131 beni bir nebze mutlu ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi en de\u011ferli mimarlardan <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.arkiv.com.tr\/mimar\/turgut-cansever\/502\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Turgut Cansever<\/a> ve <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arkitera.com\/etiket\/ertur-yener\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ertur Yener&#8217;i <\/a>mutlaka daha iyi incelemenizi \u00f6neririm \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Previous<br \/>\nNext<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Modern Sivil Mimari: Cinnah 19 (1957)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ankara\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fcmekten keyif ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir\u00e7ok yer vard\u0131r; S\u0131hhiye, Ulus, Bah\u00e7eli, Kalei\u00e7i\u2026 Ama hi\u00e7biri Cinnah\u2019\u0131n yerini alamaz. Cinnah&#8217;a her u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131mda&nbsp;sanki daha \u00f6nce fark etmedi\u011fim bir binayla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yorum. Bazen on dakikada y\u00fcr\u00fcyece\u011fim mesafeyi bir saatte anca bitirebiliyorum. Telefonuma bir bak\u0131yorum, y\u00fcz\u00fcn \u00fcst\u00fcnde foto\u011fraf \u00e7ekmi\u015fim. Cinnah\u2019daki evler o kadar g\u00fczel ki kendimi cephesinden tutun, balkon korkulu\u011funa kadar her detay\u0131n foto\u011fraf\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekerken buluyorum. Ankara\u2019n\u0131n en g\u00fczel evleri sanki tek bir b\u00f6lgede bir caddesinin \u00fczerinde y\u0131\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Tabii Cinnah caddesinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrken \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcze aniden bir apartman \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor ki g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc alabilmek ne m\u00fcmk\u00fcn! Evet, Cinnah 19\u2019dan s\u00f6z ediyorum. Belki de Ankara&#8217;da en sevdi\u011fim bina diyebilirim.<\/p>\n<p>Cinnah 19, 1957 y\u0131l\u0131nda Nejat Ersin taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan modern sivil mimari \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Bina orijinal ismi Meydanlar M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u0130\u015f\u00e7ileri Yap\u0131 Kooperatifi\u2019dir. Mimar buray\u0131 tasarlarken yine bir modern sivil mimari yap\u0131s\u0131 olan ve modern mimarinin babas\u0131 olarak bilinen <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/mimarobot.com\/forum\/wiki\/le-corbusier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le Corbusier<\/a> taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arkitektuel.com\/unite-dhabitation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Unit d\u2019Habitation\u2019dan<\/a> ilham ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmekte. Apartman\u0131n i\u00e7inde be\u015fi dubleks olmak \u00fczere on be\u015f daire vard\u0131r. En ilgin\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131 ise \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131nda havuz bulunmas\u0131d\u0131r. Maalesef, bu havuz 1967 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve sonra kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a f\u00fct\u00fcristik&nbsp;bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi bile o kadar zevkli ki. Ankara&#8217;da ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z apartmanda yaz\u0131n havuza girip, etraf\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015flenip sonra arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131zla i\u00e7ki i\u00e7ece\u011finiz bir alan var. Kim \u015fimdi orada ya\u015famak istemez ki? A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 arada s\u0131rada acaba kiral\u0131k bina var m\u0131 diye bakm\u0131yor de\u011filim. 1970\u2019lerden sonra binan\u0131n cepheleri yine ba\u015fka apartmanlarla kapanm\u0131\u015f, eski \u00e7ekicili\u011fi&nbsp;\u00e7ok kalmam\u0131\u015f olsa bile eminim herkes \u00f6n\u00fcnden ge\u00e7erken bir i\u00e7 \u00e7ekiyordur. Son zamanlarda tekrar u\u011frama \u015fans\u0131m oldu. \u015eimdi dubleks dairelerin 2 tanesi <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.md1927.org.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mimarlar Derne\u011fi 1927<\/a>\u2019ye ait. Dernek \u00f6zellikle mimarl\u0131k \u00f6\u011frencilerine kar\u015f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a sevecen.
