A\u00e7\u0131kcas\u0131 hem lezzetli hem de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yemek yemeyi kendime ama\u00e7 edindi\u011fimde tarif bulmakta \u00e7ok zorlan\u0131yordum. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma yaparken\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1CfDshZXiSg&amp;t=335s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><strong>&#8220;Bug\u00fcn Ne Yedim<\/strong><\/em>?&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0konseptli videolar bana \u00e7ok yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu. Hem yemek d\u00fczenimi oturtmamda hem de yeni tarifler bulmamda benim kurtar\u0131c\u0131m haline geldi.\u00a0<br \/>Kendi yemek d\u00fczenimden bahsetmem gerekirse ben k\u0131s\u0131tlamalardan hi\u00e7 ho\u015flanm\u0131yorum. Kibrit kutusu peynir, maydonoz suyu diyeti, ak\u015fam 17.00&#8217;dan sonra yemek yok&#8230; Bu tarz\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radikal.com.tr\/hayat\/10-diyet-klisesi-1130421\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;diyet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc&#8221;<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 kli\u015felerini hepimiz duymu\u015fuzdur. Ben kli\u015felere de\u011fil mideme ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ma odaklanmay\u0131 se\u00e7iyorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc neyi k\u0131s\u0131tlarsam\u00a0 midem sanki onu yemek i\u00e7in can at\u0131yor. Ben de kendime dengeli bir beslenme rutini oturtmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131m. K\u0131s\u0131tlamalar yok. Asl\u0131nda beslenme d\u00fczenim\u00a0<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/alicandemiroglu.com\/2020\/01\/29\/16-8-aralikli-oruc-rehberi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aral\u0131kl\u0131 Oru\u00e7<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0yani Intermittent Fasting (IF)&#8217;e benziyor. Bu yemek d\u00fczeninde 16, 18 veya 20 saat a\u00e7 kal\u0131p g\u00fcn\u00fcn kalan saatilernde yemek yiyorsunuz. Size daha \u00f6nce de bahsetti\u011fim gibi ben e\u011fer kendimi k\u0131s\u0131tlarsam daha da ac\u0131k\u0131yorum ve g\u00f6z\u00fcm d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. Bu y\u00fczden kendimi ben aral\u0131kl\u0131 oru\u00e7 yap\u0131yorum \u015feklinde bir etikete sokmuyorum. Bu saatlerde \u00f6\u011fle yeme\u011fi olarak genelde salata tercih ediyorum.
