Neden d\u00fczenli olarak spor yapmal\u0131y\u0131z sorunsunu k\u0131sa bir cevap vermemiz gerekirse; d\u00fczenli olarak spor yapmak ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 destekler ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir ayn\u0131 zamanda ki\u015fiye sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fczenli spor yapan insanlar, buna emek harcad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bilirler ve sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenerek bu eme\u011fi ziyan etmek istemezler. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla beslenmelerine de ister istemez \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterirler. Bu \u00f6zen, zamanla bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline gelir ve ki\u015fi de hayat\u0131na sporla birlikte muhte\u015fem bir \u015fey daha katm\u0131\u015f olur. \u015eimdi pop\u00fcler spor t\u00fcrleri hakk\u0131ndaki b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcze ge\u00e7iyoruz:<br>\u200b<strong>P\u0130LATES:&nbsp;<\/strong>Joseph Pilates taraf\u0131ndan kaslar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek, esnekli\u011fi artt\u0131rmak ve v\u00fccudun genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir egzersiz sistemidir.Egzersizler minder \u00fczerinde ya da \u00f6zel olarak dizayn edilmi\u015f aletlerle yap\u0131l\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama olarak 1 saat bu antrenman\u0131 yapan bir insan, bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck kalori ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yakar. &nbsp;Dersler, ortalama olarak 30 dakika ile 75 dakika aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Teknik ve g\u00fcce dayal\u0131 olan bir spordur. Kick boks sporu, farkl\u0131 tekniklerin i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir savunma sporudur. Tamamen iki farkl\u0131 spor olan Karete ve Muay Thai\u2019nin bir araya gelemesi sonucunda olu\u015fturulmu\u015f, g\u00fcce ve teknik bilgiye dayanan bir d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f sporudur. En \u00f6nemlisi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 derece sert bir spor olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Rakibinizi yenmek i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7 gerektiren bu spor, di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok spordan daha fazla enerji ve g\u00fc\u00e7 harcaman\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flar. Kick Box, en sert sporlar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r.
