Her antrenmanda \u0131s\u0131nma hareketlerinden sonra mutlaka esneme hareketleri de yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc esneme hareketleri hem sakatlanmay\u0131 \u00f6nler hem de daha iyi ve etkili tekmeler atman\u0131za yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Bu postta bir taekwondo antrenman\u0131nda rutin olarak yap\u0131lan esneme hareketlerini sizlerle payla\u015faca\u011f\u0131m. Bu hareketleri belirli ve al\u0131\u015f\u0131k oldu\u011funuz bir esneme d\u00fczeniniz yoksa, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 bilmiyorsan\u0131z kendi ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131za denemeyin, sakatlanabilirsiniz.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"wsite-image wsite-image-border-none \"><a><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ankaradataekwondo.weebly.com\/uploads\/1\/2\/4\/6\/124667331\/dsc02622_orig.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Picture\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">Is\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra ilk hareketimiz i\u00e7in ayaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 birle\u015ftiriyor ve ellerimizi dizlerimize koyup \u00e7eviriyoruz.
