Bunun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yeni giri\u015fimlerle g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.\u00a0Biz de\u00a0Ankara&#8217;n\u0131n h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen kahve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki giri\u015fimlerini merak ettik ve \u00a0Arabica Coffee House i\u00e7in yola\u00a0\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bAmerika k\u00f6kenli bir firma olan Arabica, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilk \u015fubesini 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara\u2019da a\u00e7t\u0131. Mimar Elif \u00dcLGER YAL\u00c7IN ve Av. Serta\u00e7 YAL\u00c7IN taraf\u0131ndan kurulan Arabica\u2019n\u0131n \u015fu anda 18 \u015fubesi bulunuyor. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonuna do\u011fru 35 \u015fubeye ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kahvegibikahve.com\/blog\/3-dalga-kahve-nedir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc dalga kahve<\/a>\u00a0ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fclerinden olan Arabica\u2019da, 100 \u00fczerinden 80 ve \u00fcst\u00fc puan alamayan kahve \u00e7ekirdekleri kullanm\u0131yorlar. Kahve \u00e7ekirdeklerini kendileri ithal ediyor, kavuruyor ve paketliyorlar. Tatl\u0131lar 6 ayl\u0131k Ar-Ge s\u00fcrecinde, defalarca tad\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra sat\u0131\u015fa sunuluyor. \u00c7ay-kahve yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan suyun ph\u2019\u0131na kadar \u00e7ok titiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. \u00a0Bizce Arabica, \u201cFark Yarat \u00d6nc\u00fc Ol\u201d slogan\u0131n\u0131 tam da burada hayata ge\u00e7iriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Men\u00fclerinde 100\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde kahve \u00e7e\u015fidi ve \u00f6zel demleme y\u00f6ntemli Syphon, v60, Chemex ve Aeropress olmak \u00fczere 4 adet kahve \u00e7e\u015fitleri var. Ortaklardan biri mimar olunca, g\u00fczel i\u00e7 mekan dekorasyonu ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oluyor tabii.
